  • Iterated on interfaces and helped investigate refresh failures involving interface timing and scheduled processing.

  • Added text-message booking and tracking for visits, service interest, and contact clicks.
  • Created editable pricing workbooks, sales dashboards, and a local hub for service information and planning.

Research Associate

Pinto Lab · Mount Sinai

Identified intron-retention events missing from computational predictions and helped refine the lab’s transcript models.

  • Led experimental validation of an unannotated gene with more than 25 predicted isoforms.
  • Used RNA/DNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, primer design, and Sanger sequencing preparation to test predicted transcripts.
